Autoclickers are in full use again

Where you can stand in the back of the room, hit a boss 1 time, and are guaranteed at least 1 piece of loot. While the person who is carrying everyone only gets the chance at 1 piece of loot for their work.

Yeah, because “carrying” in this game takes incredible effort, right? Once you have the gear to one-shot everything, this “work” you speak of is utterly meaningless.

Never mind that the FFA loot system doesn’t help address this at all either. Back when I was playing original LOD (when there were only cow runs as the “endgame”), I would always have people just follow me around as I grabbed cows just to click on loot once I started killing them.

Sorry I triggered you. Here’s a fluffy kitty :smiley_cat:

I’ll interpret your lack of a counterargument as an admission of defeat. Keep the kitty.

Nothing to argue. You didn’t make a point.

You just stated that you weren’t capable of picking up loot while being surrounded by cows, and that people who can't kill cows/get 1 shot by cows ran up and took the loot.

I did Nobody really seemed to care!!
I Have Bought myself a Controller to play with just to even the playing field.
They Care Now tho… Lol

I sure did. You cried about how oh-so-unfair it would be for one person who didn’t do anything to still get loot while the person who “carried” everyone only got one person’s chance at loot themselves, all of this as an argument against personal loot. My counter to that is that your notion of “carrying” in this game is irrelevant, as clearing a bunch of mobs with good gear does not require effort.

Yes, as an argument against the current FFA loot model and for personal loot, which you seem to be against for reasons you’ve yet to state clearly.

Again, you have yet to make a point. If clearing is so easy, then go play solo multiplayer and not whine about missing out on drops? I have no reason to defend FFA, zero whatsoever, that is on you to make a valid point to change FFA and add something to the game.

Sorry I triggered you. :smiley_cat:

Not sure where you got “whining” from, as all I’ve done is make the case that personal loot would solve the problem the OP is complaining about, where someone with a controller can insta-loot everything before anyone else can even see what dropped.

You, however, felt the need to “correct” me on this for some reason, stating that it’s about private loot rather than personal. Seems to me you’re reading more into things than what was actually said, but yeah, I’m the one who’s triggered, lol.

I’m not even gonna bother reading the rest /sigh

To solve the problem of controller insta-looting is to add a delay on controllers so they don’t insta-loot. Not completely change the loot system and ruin the games economy. This isn’t brain surgery here… Eat a snickers, chillax, stop being triggered, pet the Mr. Kitty :smiley_cat:

Your attention span is that of a 3-year-old, evidently. No wonder you think I’m “triggered”. I only had the gall to type more than 2 sentences.

I would say I await your arguments for how personal loot would ruin the game’s economy, but I’m not going to hold my breath, given that argument is not your strong suit in the first place.

And let me apologize again for typing more than 2 sentences–or as you would call it, a “wall of text”.

I’m not reading anything after this quote. I’m letting you know you can have the last word. Anything that anyone types in this thread will not change your opinion. This is why you are so triggered. You can disagree, that’s fine with me, it’s your prerogative. Good day :smiley_cat:

Once again, I’ll interpret your silence as an admission of defeat. Weird that apparently I’m so triggered you feel the need to call me triggered on every post. Projection much?

I never considered online play to begin without Ploot. Staying in my friend box without it or if I want to pvp. xD

They’re probably just spamming the A button on their controller. Sometimes I accidentally pick up loot before it hits the ground

that’s because you have aim assist. lol.

No official word yet by Rod if his team is going fix this issue like how he was stating they were discussing it post-launch by potentially adding a time allocated loot system that would fix it.

Simple solution - don’t play public games. I have enough gamer friends I’ve never played public games for these very reasons. Many “gamers” are not that. They are cheaters that think cheating is “part of the game”. Well not in my world. If you can’t beat the game without cheating you are not a “gamer”.

Well I don’t think it has to go as far as instanced loot. An optional system where each item is randomly assigned to a person in the group, with a timer on it for a few seconds or whatever, that would get rid of Pickits.

wow are you serious? that’s ridiculous!
