She did not drop anything at all the last run and 2 blue items the previous runs on Hell Difficulty.
Does the game consider essences as uniques? If yes i would appreciate the option to turn them off.
Edit: Second nodrop except for the essence.
Make sure and kill her in an open part of the room. I’ve seen uniques, superuniques and bosses drop nothing more frequently if they are next to a wall or one of the pillars in the room.

She will sometimes still drop a low number of items… I’ve seen all bosses drop nothing before even when they are in open areas. It’s rare, but it does happen.

Just some advice, when questing, after killing Andariel make sure you talk to someone in act 1, before moving onto act 2.
If Andariel is killed and you go directly to act 2 without talking to anyone first (Like Kain, or Charsi…etc.) Andariel’s drops will be bugged for the terror zone.
Andariel is intentionally and permanently quest bugged by design in D2:R. It doesn’t matter if you go directly to Act 2 or talk to anyone now. It makes her one of the best bosses in the game when Catacombs 4 is Terrorized and you’re level 85+.

That’s not true, she only gets bugged for Terror zones and that only happens if you go directly to act 2 without talking to anyone after killing her.

The difference between me and most of you on this forum is all you ever do is say things with no proof and never provide any sources or links or anything then act like your say so is all that is needed.

Terror Zones or not, she doesn’t drop arrows, gold, scrolls or potions (junk) for me. I’ve ran her a lot too, so either I’m insanely lucky for her never dropping junk items, or she’s permanently quest bugged.

Even though you will come up with some arbitrary argument, the fact is You can’t say that because you have no clue what enemies are dropping what. as far as you know an item that popped off a carver you think came from Andy.
I also provided a video link that explains what you said is not true. Also there hasn’t been an update done to the game that would render the information in that video not true.
I can see that in your two years of absence, you haven’t changed one bit. You spout garbage claiming it’s fact, then rip on anyone that calls you out.

This is what ol RandyBoggs wants, others to do the research for him. He makes a false claim without any proof, someone else says no, ol Randy then argues and sometimes uses outdated info to try and back up his false claim, all in hopes of someone coming through with a cited source of current information.
“Learning through confrontation”, a very strange way of learning. Either that or he’s intentionally doing it knowing very well he’s wrong from the get go, just to generate frictional discourse. He did this a lot shortly after D2:R was released.
Andariel is always qust bugged now, which means she has quest drop. Quest drop doesnt include junk items. Only first ever drop from some bosses can include that. Like getting gold from Baal for example.
You can read this in game files. If you claim you are dropping junk items from Andariel, you are mistaken.
Video you linked from wartheory guy is actualy using my recorded gameplay as i was doing testing on that and we worked togther on that video and later blizzard fixed this so there is no more problems with her drop and she is always having quest drop, even terrorized, no matter if you talk or not with people in town.
