All online characters Lost

Hi i play 2 day on my sorcerer character lvl 39 and i kill Andariel on nightmare then i logoff to save progress .and was long loading screen when i connected to my characters screen all my characters gone 39lvl sorc nigtmare ,palladin 39 night mare and druid lvl 19 normal i restart game launcher but i dont stil have acces to my characters help me please

All those losses… That’s a tragedy. Has been happening for a while with characters and items. I managed to get a response from blizzard but it’s not very inspiring. Sounds like no back-ups and they are just gone gone… Here is what blizzard told me.

So as many of you know, you can suddenly and without any kind of warning lose either all your items, your characters, or random stuff. I myself lost all of my equipped items and thus set me off on this adventure. We can’t get a refund of the game because we’ve already played it. (Though I won’t be playing it for now.) Same crap just happened to me… I just lost my char. This is a bad bug and this needs to go back to beta if it cannot be fixed or start issuing refunds.
