I have had an issue where my online characters are deleted at random. I was playing last night and now both my druid and paladin are gone when I log in this morning. I am sorry to see this wonderful company I have loved for more than 25 years go out like this. your games are bug ridden trash piles now and you cant even re-skin a beautiful game like D2 and make it work. I would like a refund since I cannot use your Diablo 2 Resurrected product. I am unable to save progress with my characters and feel this product doesn’t do what it says it does. Please return my money, Id rather not support your company anymore.

I too, logged on this morning to find my character list empty of all my characters. I had just restarted my computer due to a disconnect on battle net while playing D2r. Any help would be greatly appreciated blizzard!!

Logged into D2R today, and all characters are gone, both offline, and I believe the online ones as well, but I cannot connect to the Battlenet server even to confirm that, even though all my internet connection is fine. There is only one feeling that encompasses this whole situation.

Yeah… I asked for a refund… They said nupe… Cause I played… But I was upset cause I played and all my progress was deleted!! I won’t play till ladder season 1… I hope they fix it…
