All Online characters gone. If its not able to fix it, Refound would be nice tbh. No point playing if characters arent able to get back due to technical issues.

Where do u find that information? How can i see if the servers are down. Kinda confusing since i can create new chars it looks like.
You don’t… You just hope and pray… Cause that’s what’s been happening. Servers go down… get rolled back… and some people do lose their characters and items… You just have to pray you are not one of them who lost their character…
Should you happen to lose it… Well blizz won’t restore them… even when it was their fault… Here is what blizzard told me about restoring characters.
