My characters are gone, sorceress level 21 and necro level 4. Was playing it 15 minutes ago, and everything went missing when i saved and exited. Kindly help and restore my characters.

same here bro, we lost chars that had 70-90 lvl XD
but of course more important are items on these chars what have a pretty high price for us than these lvls.

My Necro went missing after I logged off for 30mins to 1 hr…
Blizzard how long are you going to f*k our brains? it’s 2021 year. Not 1998.

Yeah… This is pretty sad… Items/characters that are lost due to a bug/issue caused by blizzard won’t get your items/characters back.
Sad to say, but if you don’t have them back after the servers are stable again… Well then they are gone gone. Here is what blizz told me.
