Rather live Maintenance than stopping everyone from playing, this way some people might come through, and as you can see most people know how to google

Most likely because of maintenance, chars will prolly be back after. It sucks but it happens, espacially with live Maintenance

I logged out of d2 to fix map overlay issue, log back in and both of my 70+ characters are deleted. I hope this is server side due to the live update you are doing but iām submitting a ticket just incase. Please please fix this! You guys really canāt let all these people lose their charactersā¦

That would be fine and good, however my character has been missing since yesterday. Its not only maintenance and I am far from the only one.
