They are Druid skills, not an O skill you get from an item. Please differential between O skills and class skills. Whether how much you need the skill or not is not the issue.
I don’t understand why people are so fixated on teleport, they can easily improve Feral Rage to Frenzy levels. Ask if a frenzy barb cares about teleport.
