At clvl 93 with mostly BiS I suggest you skip everything and just practice rushing the seals. On /p8 you want to be able to get to and kill Diablo within 1 minute, then get to Nihlathak and kill him within 1 minute and then get to Baal within 5 minutes. You’re definitely developing the skill to be able to be a top ww barb on ladder leader boards. I might try out your eBotD/Greif combo today.

Seal rushing with diablo kill takes just under a minute on p1, but I don’t play on ladder so it’s just for fun and trying out different builds.On P8 I would probably change to EBOTD + Death CB for a faster dkill.

You’ll love the ebotd grief combo. It actually feels faster than double griefs pb’s and has better range at the same max speed

The 2hander mess is actually why I don’t play D2R, but your vid using BotD CB has me intrigued. It isn’t very powerful in D2LoD, but with the changes they’ve made it looks like it has potential in /p8. Double Grief still crushes on /p8 in D2R, clearing all of Chaos in 3-4 minutes on /p8. It’d be interesting to see how well BotD works switching helms (Gface) and rings (2xRF) or Grief to Death like you suggested.
Well, there is a fix to two handers:
Works with swords only though.

My current D2LoD eBotD TM has an average damage of 800 prior to the 65% DS and 30% CS checks. Plus 50% CB. On top of that my Might (slvl 25) merc uses Infinity for -83 monster defence and I have lvl 8 Amp charges and -106% defence Battle Cry. Further more, I use 400 solid stat points on strength for an additional 440 ed. Of course WW and MM are maxed. With Pride on merc and the barb wearing Fort his max WW damage is 24K.
This was the most powerful barbarian build in the game prior to them destroying 2 handers in D2R.

Death does more damage than eboted on a 2h now. The math is simple, after you reach a certain level you always do double damage, 100%DS and 65% crushing blow. Death is even more devastating with berserk.
Ed wise, perfect eboted can have 415ed, death 400ed, not much of a difference. But yeah, before 2.5, you could only reach last WW ias BP with Botd only so your setup was the strongest. I prefer enigma though specially with the tz introduction.
Death isn’t that strong when worn dual wield as CB. Dual edeath Berserker axes are better.

Sword maybe, but it’s not even close to the damage the Thunder Maul should be dealing in D2R. My eBotD TM has a max damage of 1344 (398% ED) before the approx 100% chance to double damage. On top of that the TM gets a 440 ed bonus from strength that swords cannot get. Plus, the TM adds 150% undead damage that swords don’t get.
Eth Thunder Maul has 240 max damage, CB has half that.
Here is a less than 1 second hell Diablo kill with this setup.

Wow, the helmet is gg.
I know thundermaul and that’s the original titan barb. Some corrections though:
Swords also got enhanced damage from strength but 1% per strength point compared to 1.1% for mace/hammer classes. Your thundermaul version is prehistorical because the actual ones only have +50% damage vs undead. To reach 6fpa in 2.5.3, you need 125 combined IAS There’re also no free hits at 4th and 8th frame like in legacy. So you’re left with 4.16 attacks per second vs 6.25 attacks per second of a sword. It means botd thundermaul has to do 1.5 times the raw damage of the edeath to compare, can be blocked more often (less hits) and triggers crushing blow less. Edeath does actually more damage than on spread sheet due to 100% deadly strike and 65% crushing blow.
