It did stack in LoD though. It didn’t tick as fast as it does now, but it did stack and so did blaze. You can look up videos of builds with them and they clearly stacked.

Even the arreat summit specifically mentions that FW stacks:

I had a look at the DLSS. Turned it to max and the scene looked like it had been smeared with vaseline.

I think the feature is meant for 4K monitors so that the lower resolution gets interpreted to flesh out all the extra pixels.

I run the game on an old Sony 40" Bravia (1080p) with a new PC that has the RTX 3090 and that’s likely the reason why the DLSS won’t work. At least that’s how I interpreted what I read about it.

DLSS only works properly if the render resolution is lower than the current native resolution. For 1080p to have properly working DLSS, you must have the game rendering at lower than 1080p (e.g. 720p).

Let me tell you it’s night and day with the sorc, even more fun to Static Cows every now and then and not feeling like playing starcraft with the finger quickness haha

i ran about 100 alredy, hell cow runs on hell with my soso and my merc never died that much as he did after that merc update and my play style havent changed at all this update forced my merc to walk in to huge piles of mobs just to get killed trying to return this up date is BS!

Can someone explain the holy shield bug? I don’t quite understand what happened

Problem are people being cry baby because now it takes them 5 seconds longer to kill boss

I was only able to hop on for a few minutes but the quick cast worked well.

I tried running around at full speed to loose some skeleton mages but was unable to do so.

I love the support and hope to see more in the future.

Its stopping people from spamming the server with opening and closing game room within seconds resulting in a ddos attack to the server

100% need to know. You had a remastered game that introduced new mechanics, intended or unintended, and builds were made off of that. It would be nice to know the exact changes so folks can alter their plans accordingly. Whether one would complain about the changes or not is irrelevant, we should be informed. Let the gripe happen if it happens (I loved the newIAS cap ) but don’t purposefully keep people in the dark.

I did switch my Sorc back to Blizzard though. Firewall was fun while it lasted, but I knew it was going away. No biggie.

But is it safe to make an iron golem and skeleton mages or they still just magically disappear even standing still in town?

i wish reporting a bot magically forwarded the personal phone numbers of the people running the bots to those scam guys who always call about vehicle warranty

I would expect that in theory, you should be able to render a 720P image and have it upscaled to 1080P using DLSS which would still result in DLSS’s higher framerates…but I would also expect a 3090 to produce framerates at 1080p that are high enough to make this a pointless thing to do. (Who knows though since d2r is so poorly optimized that its framerates are absolute sh*t even at 1080p.)

I don’t know yet. I’d be cautious and test with junk armors with tanky mods before trying on anything more expensive.
