Important Reminders:
Pass Linking
- Log in with your Battle.net Account at BlizzCon.com
- Locate the Serial Number on your BlizzCon Pass in your Tixr Digital Wallet (for help locating, visit the Tixr Support Website)
- Use the Serial Number on your BlizzCon Pass and the Email Address associated with your Tixr account to link the BlizzCon Pass to your Battle.net Account
Reporting Errors
If you encounter an error, please include in your report:
- The error you received when attempting to link your BlizzCon Pass
- The type of Pass you’re attempting to link (Early Bird, Standard). Please note that Add-ons cannot be linked to your Battle.net Account
- Are you the original purchaser of this Pass or did you receive the Pass from a Transfer or Resale?
- Any additional troubleshooting you’ve attempted: Trying different browsers, manually typing your Tixr email instead of auto-filling the form, etc…
Search
The search function at the top of the community site is extremely effective and robust. Before you create a new forum topic, search for similar topics, blog posts, or web pages that may contain what you’re looking for. Making a new thread on an existing subject can result in yours being deleted and if you continue to re-post the same content you could lose forum privileges for spamming.
