i have the same problem for this game and bo4
Well, it’s been a while since I played my Black ops Cold war. I tried opening my battle.net app and I could hit the start-play button it was disabled. And was trying to check what might be the problem and was tranna find some solutions right here of course. Anyways, I figured out and it actually worked for me.
Make sure you have enough space in your computer 82GB and highter at least - imma drop the specifications below from the Blizzards recommendz.
Once you are done, restart your pc and open the battle app, and if it has the same issue, then hit the option setting icon button and go to “show in Explore” and open the game from there. took sometime but it is finally working ‘for now’.
