Look, I would rather have a working patch instead of a buggy hot mess, but this constent delay by an hour, is frustrating.
I am asking you figure out a better way to do these…all day patches… maybe at night, maybe a more resonable window than telling us 3 hours, and delaying it by+5 more hours.
You can reinburse play time, you cant reinburse the planning in my day.
Please start doing late night/early morning patching, and give a resonable honest window, instead of this current situation of no transpartance, all day patching, and little to no communication.
So you want maintenance to accommodate yourself and not those who play at night/early mornings. logistics are a nightmare either way you look at it and can’t please everyone. By performing maintenance during the day/ normal work hours minimizes the amount of impacted players due to school and jobs. Plus there is this thing called time zones that are also a huge dynamic to add to the equation.
Now what would be nice is some feedback from Blizz letting us know what the hell is going on and not just push the time out. This has been their MO for the last few years now. No communication, and if there is communication its extremely weak and usually too late or irrelevant.
Late night ? For you, late night, means mid day or maybe morning to someone else. Stop being so selfish. We all know patch day is Tuesday, and we all know they are adding phase two to remix, which is probly huge. Take a walk, get some air, and calm down.
Blizzard’s main office is in Irvine, California, United States. They do maintenance inside their office hours (Pacific Standard Time) so there are staff there to perform updates, etc.
