"Updating Blizzard Agent..." permanently

My installation of the Battle.Net app gets stuck in about 1/3 of the progress. I have tried every solution that I’ve found on this subject:

• Run the app as admin
• My firewall is turned off, both on PC and router
• Antivirus turned off
• Tried both WiFi, wired connection, and a mobile network
• Checked the hosts file, changed DNSes
• Downloaded both US and EU version, neither of them worked

The logs are full of errors like

I included the [censored] because I got a submission error otherwise.

On top of that, I cannot submit a ticket – “You can’t submit this ticket” is the only response I get.

Can someone help me please? I’ve been trying to solve this the whole morning.

Same here the blizzard.com site is really slow too, at first i just wanted to play Starcraft 2 didn’t work so i try to uninstal Battle.net and now i can’t launch a game.

Same here, bro. Wathced some SC lore videos on YT, had a rush of nostalgia and decided to play it… I got past Blizzard agent update, now I wait for Battle Net to install. Overall, I’m waiting… for about 7 hours now. BN install is at 90%.

There CDN servers are probably overloaded and have started to reject connections.

It seems like when installing the battle.net client. The first it tries to do, is contact the same servers to download agent.exe. The same application used to patch games.
Im experiencing the same issue on my newly installed Windows 10 pc.
With no previous battle.net client installed.
