Currently am unable to submit a support ticket on the website both on desktop and mobile. Submit button just spins after being clicked. Live chat unavailable.
I cancelled my subscription when I first subscribed, entered in a cancellation reason and everything, but they kept my subscription active and keep charging me.

If you have a lvl 10 hero, you might want to also post on the WoW Customer Support forum…
The Blizzard folks there aren’t Game Masters… so they probably won’t be able to intervene directly on your account. But they might be able to provide workarounds or at least tell you if there are problems with the ticket system.
