I’m unable to connect to battle net or sign in to WoW using my telecom broadband ETH connection. It stopped working yesterday, battle net is either stuck on “logging in” or when i finally get past Logging in somehow its in offline mode and it says “Connecting…” instead
When i swap to my phone internet battle net connects and wow works fine. Created a Support ticket but got an even more useless response than what my ISP provided so i’m at a loss for words and don’t know how to proceed…
I’ve reinstalled the app using: article/30304

I’ve turned of my anti virus etc and tried but doesn’t change a thing.
Calling my ISP got me nowhere (surprise surprise)
You are not alone. I have been stuck with this since yesterday. have done all the so called “solutions” but no progress. Its becoming quite frustrating

Trying to loggin on battle.net app on my computer and only connecting… nothing happens. Same on the phone.
I created a ticket and got 4 responses with the same solution. Uninstall, delete, restart. check antivirus and turn off WiFi. Told them, I don’t have WiFi on my computer.
And, if it is both the computer and the phone at the same time with the problem, I don’t think that will help. And it didn’t. And I told them.
Got a new respons, told me to uninstall, delete, check antivirus, restart AND turn off WiFi.
The 4th respons told me to deactivate authenticator, change password. Did that, didn’t help.
Today I think I got the final respons, they told me to disconnect my WiFi and turn the power off.

So here I am. This has been going on for over a day.
Been talking to Tele2. They will escalate the issue.
I asked them to check if they made any changes to NAT or if they got new Core Switch/System.
They asked me to tell you all to call if you have this issue, if more people that calls, it will be easier to escalate it faster.
They are working half day today, so call asap. He also told me that, If they start working with this today it might be solved earliest Thuesday maybe Wednesday.
But I suggest you all call them. If the queue is too long they can call you up as they did to me
I had same issue, made like 15-20 solutiions, but only one works, u have to change internet. switch to mobile phone, than u will log withouth problems. or connet throught VPN, thats also solution. Problem is between blizz servers and ur interent provider.
Have the same issue but with the SC2 basicly it cant log me in. Same goes for some subsites of the battle.net, ex. can’t buy anything on the store, as it tells me it can’t connect, but the main page of the app and battle.net are working. Even main support page for battle.net is not working for me.
I’m located in PL and i really don’t think it’s something on my ISP side, as when I called they said there is nothing wrong on their side (dunno, damn goonies lied to me before so)
Bro I have the same problem since yesterday I’ve flushed DNS, reinstalled battlenet, restarted modem and router. I also have Tele2 maybe its a problem on their end. But I can’t see why it would only effect Battlenet and nothing else.
Unless you change internet providers, none of those steps will help. Something in their network is broken on the way to the Blizzard server. Unfortunately, you have to wait for them (edit: the ISP, not Blizzard) to fix it or use a VPN to route around the problem.
Got a message from Tele2.
They have found that this is an issue that affect several customers, not just battle.net. They are working on a solution and will get back when they have fixed it.
same here needs to know when. getting frustrated, done every possible damn thing to get it working following youtube indians to every other concept. 10hrs in total, even just deleted all off battle.net and wow. So now i cannot install the game again… sick of Battle.net and blizard. Every god damn week there is a new disaster
