Hello, I’ve been facing this issue for about a week now. I can’t connect to Battle.net app, and effectively, my entire Battle.net account has become unusable. This is while we are being charged monthly for the games, and for the past 8 days, except for one day, I haven’t been able to connect to the game. I’ve also submitted a ticket, but the support team needs to address this issue properly and promptly. Unfortunately, the limited solutions provided on the website by default are completely ineffective and do not resolve the problem. Please look into this matter.
If you’re a Tele2 customer experiencing this problem, you need to work with Tele2. Their network has issues with routing and there’s nothing Blizzard can do to resolve that since they don’t own your internet connection.
So it has been a week now. I reported to Tele2 on Saturday 7th, on Monday I got a message that it is a bigger problem and several customers have issues.
Now I have called them again to hear what is happening, the queue is over 50 minutes so we’ll see if they call me back.
If you have Tele2, call them and report.
