Unable to Connect to Battle.net: BLZBNTBGS80000011 (1)

I went through every step listed at the support link (support/en/article/13875), nothing worked. I also tried turning off my firewall, no luck. It’s not just the Battle.net desktop app, either; when I launch Starcraft II, it can’t connect either. Any help/advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Here, read it, maybe something will help you. I already asked for help a few weeks ago. Technical support makes excuses with stupid phrases, they themselves can’t do anything and send them to the forum, because people here are smarter, those who work at Blizzard-tech

I suspect that you need to tear down the Windows system and install it on a formatted clean disk

Nothing’s helped so far. Bumping because I’d like to be able to play Starcraft II custom games sometime soon!
