Hey guys I’m trying to get my WoW account switched over to my main email. I’ve opened two tickets now and both of them have disappeared without me closing them or resolving the issue. Any idea why my tickets keep disappearing?
Are they successfully submitting?
The submission process is complete when you get a ticket number, which then will list in your “My Tickets” section of your account.

or perhaps because Customer Support cannot move a WoW account from one Battle.Net account to another… (if I understand correctly what @DjCheeky is asking about)
When i got to my tickets section it says i dont have any active tickets. Its very frustrating.

Is this an attempt to change an email on the account from a secondary email to a main email?
Or is it to transfer a WoW license from one Battlenet account to another?
I was going with the former.
So my main WoW account is on my cheekjesse@yahoo. com email. That yahoo email has been deactivated by yahoo due to inactivity, not logging onto it for 2 years or so. I’m trying to get my main account switched over to my now primary email Cheekproductions@gmail. com. My tickets I’ve had GMs respond to keep disappearing which is very frustrating since i cant resolve the issue. Any ideas on what I can do?

Don’t know either… I don’t play WoW and I don’t know wha a secondary email is or what it’s for…
Since OP didn’t bother replying to me… you’re probably on the right track.
Perhaps this needs to go in WoW Customer Support forum ??

Im trying to switch my main account which is on my now deactivated due to inactivity yahoo email to my primary gmail email. And my tickets that GMs have responded to keep disappearing. I’ve opened 3 different new tickets and they’ve all disappeared.
Tickets don’t disappear, they would be in your history log. I can see my tickets from years ago.
I am unable to post a ticket about a stuck character because I have 5 unprocessed tickets from a year ago.
The character is unplayable because another character summoned me under Stormwind and now the character is falling off the world.
I am unable to use the unstuck service probably because I have these 5 opened and unresolved tickets.
did you resolve this?
