i have two issues :
i can’t play the game on my phone because when i try to connect nothing happens. it should send me to the login page but it doesn’t appear.
when i play hearthstone game on my computer and i try to add the last player i played against to my friend list nothing happens, i don’t receive a message saying that an invite has been sent like it used to do before.
i can’t open tickets for support, i have no button to create one.

This forum is for issues specific to the Blizzard Desktop Application. It sounds like you are having multiple issues specific to Hearthstone itself. I recommend, if you haven’t already done so, post your issues in the Hearthstone Forums for that.
As for not being able to submit a ticket, it should just be a matter of pressing the “Support” button at the top right next to your name. Then the “Contact Support” Button right underneath that.
If you are not logged into the website it should prompt you to login or continue without logging in.
From there select the service you are having trouble with and you should be set to fill out the form and submit your ticket.
I went through the process just to test and it works normally but here is a direct link to the specific form you need to submit a ticket just in case.
