So I bought the game a while ago was even able to play the bata and early access to the campaign but now the game wont let me launch at all I tried scan and repair and just kept getting an error and it telling me to try again so I uninstalled and attempted to reinstalled the game but that seems to have only made things worse as the game wont install instead it tells me to update and throws me another error message Can anyone help fix this?

Same issue on the game through steam. Cant get it to load at all.

I have the same exact issue as of last night. I have retail, wrath and dragonflight beta installed. As of last night, It’s not only an endless loop of scanning and then the oops message for retail but now its trying to scan and repair wrath and the beta too and I never told it to do that. Also, I uninstalled retail through the launcher but it doesn’t seem to be registering that because its still “scanning game files” when it should be saying to install.

Same here. and before that i had major stuttering issues. couldnt even hit 20fps and running 3080ti.

I had the same issue after preloading the multiplayer. Not to mention I had the issue in beta and after playing the campaign halfway. Then it reset me a few missions back and refused to not be a choppy mess. Now I’m trying to play multiplayer after preloading with $100 preorder and its a 50/50 if the game will launch and when it does it doesn’t work. Might be my pc but I thought it would work. Help please

And of course nobody from support will respond. It’s insane. My account was permanently banned before I could play anything other than 2 hr on the campaign.

I have the same issue. This is been going on 3 days now. Scans and repairs done. 80 dollars later nothing. You hit the play button…game does not play.

error BLZBNTAGT00000960. nothing works. uninstalled game and battle net… still nothing. was running into fps issues in pregame lobby and game crashed. now nothing works
I am having this same issue… I get the error BLZBNTBNA00000015 … I have done everything that has been said to do plus uninstalled, reinstalled, everything I mean everything of mine is up to date. The game was running fine today and I went to the store and come back to this … I just want to play!!! $100 bucks and can’t even play. Such crap!
HERE IS THE FIX!!! go on your pc search bar and type in “add or remove programs”. proceed to delete all apps you have through battle.net. ( I know its a incovenience ) then uninstall battle net the same way you did the other apps. go to the battle net website and download battle net installer. once you login and redownload your game, the game will work.

not for everyone. im on a fresh profile on my pc and i get an error when trying to download battle.net . theres a bug that they arent caring to fix
I can’t play MWII either. Bought it yesterday the night before launch. I’ve tried every solution under the sun beyond a fresh Windows install or BIOS update (screw doing all that).
For me, I click “Play,” and it goes → “Launching” → “Now Playing” → “Play”
I get no errors, no output at all. Just… nothing happens.
I’ve tried:
-Scan & Repair
-Reinstalling
-Full Battlenet reinstall → uninstalled all games → reinstalled CoD WWII
-Using different regions (EU, Asia)
-Modify Install → Deselect “Co-Op” and “Warzone 2.0” → Confirm to uninstall
-Change “Text & Spoken Language” to Spanish
-Moving the installation folder to (C:)
-Disabling and turning off third party services
-Installing various NVIDIA Drivers: 516.59 (recommended), 522.25, 526.47 (latest)
-Underclocking and overclocking via MSI Afterburner
-Turning off Afterburner (Activision says it can cause issues, see their troubleshooting guide on their site)
-Allowing cod.exe and sp22.exe through firewall and antivirus
-Turning off VPN
-Windows update, including optional updates
-Disabling Discord and NVIDIA overlays
-Run Battle.net as Admin
-Run cod.exe or sp22.exe as Admin
I’m sure there’s many other things I’ve missed.
For $100, I didn’t think I was gonna have to do tech support like I used to do back in my help-desk days.

I have the same issue. I was able to play the game in the morning. Later I wanted to play with my friends and it didn’t want to start. Sometimes nothing happened, sometimes I got the BLZBNTBNA00000015 code. I really tried everything multiple times, but I can’t fix it. So frustrating, new game and you can’t play it and support isn’t responding.
Played the Beta, no issues. Downloaded the game and tried to load it up and now im in a scan and repair loop. I have tried 100 different fixes, I hit play it tries to load for 2 seconds and then I get scan and repair. Please someone help me Activision initially answered my first email and now nothing for two days.
