same problem here, but with BLNZ00000006 i cant even reinstall the launcher since 4 weeks ago, WTF BLIZZARD!!
i have the same issue, i paid the game and cant play, i dont understand
same, I did like everything mentioned on multiple websites and still cannot start the game
same issue… game wont boot at all. i tried to get myy money back but theses butholes wont give it back due to game hours played. what game hours??? 1 hour then it crashed and never worked again??? bullshot i say!

I did this (completely uninstall all bliz games and the desktop app through windows and then re-downloading and installing wow retail) and its working so far. My settings defaulted to level 1 graphics but I’ve left it alone and I can actually play with minimal lag. The graphics are just basic but its better than nothing till they can figure this out.
Limitations with Blizzard Support for Activision titles.
In regards to Activision, we only handle the distribution of the game client for Activision. We will assist with anything related to the desktop application and anything with the game client that involves purchasing, activating, downloading/installing and launching. Anything that occurs after you can press the play button is going to be addressed through the Activision support portal: Support Options | Activision Support
Please note that Scan and repair won’t resolve in-game bugs/glitches with Modern Warfare II (or any game, it only will try to repair specific core files for the game it is being run on) (It may even throw errors like BB8 or get stuck in a loop on occasion.
Based on reports though it is safe to say there is likely some sort of in game bug that will need to be addressed by Activision QA.
