Presale bought but can´t find the game to install

Hi,
i bought black ops 6 presale but i can´t find it at my account (i only see my old black ops game) to install. The support told me to ask at the forum to find help from the technical support. Can anyone help me please.

It’s hidden under Call of Duty.
