Hi, i bought black ops 6 presale but i can´t find it at my account (i only see my old black ops game) to install. The support told me to ask at the forum to find help from the technical support. Can anyone help me please.

How do you even download the BO6 beta

I got access to it via a code from my ISP. Redeemed it, it says ‘you’ve redeemed this code already’ but theres nowhere to make the launcher dowlnoad the beta? What am I doing wrong here? The only option it is giving me is still to prepurchase the game

When i got the confirmation for the order i havent got the redemtion code on my email.
