Poor Gaming Experience

As technical support, we do our best to communicate issues where we can provide more information to you all, but please keep in mind, we are not the engineers or developers and do not directly work on the servers or the game itself. We only assist with technical issues.

Our Diablo II team is aware, we have gathered and provided information to our team, but we know this problem has gone on for a long time - longer than just a few months. It is frustrating, and we do hear you, but we’ve explained the server situation over on the main thread and across a few other threads. Our team is working on a permanent resolution.

If you have feedback, please refer to the Diablo II General Discussion. This is where the forums are mainly managed and monitored by the team members who can gather your feedback to the folks who can make a change. Doing so on the technical support forums, won’t help in these situations.
