Poor gaming experience, rip off

When you ask for support or even wish to complain, you need to provide details.

Which Classic Blizzard game are you having issues with? (Diablo 2, Warcraft 2, etc.). What issue are you having that you did not get help with? Where did you ask for assistance?

To add, the technical support forums are not the place for feedback. We are here to assist with technical issues that can be resolved through troubleshooting.

If you want to drop support or discontinuie the game, you could be more considerate and just let the fan base aware.

I still remember, rather sadly, when Blizzard was proud about their “high standards”.

How about the total lack of support on D2? What is the deal with the servers? Why does it take 45 min to create a game on Bnet? I thought yall were working on this.

As technical support, we do our best to communicate issues where we can provide more information to you all, but please keep in mind, we are not the engineers or developers and do not directly work on the servers or the game itself. We only assist with technical issues.

Our Diablo II team is aware, we have gathered and provided information to our team, but we know this problem has gone on for a long time - longer than just a few months. It is frustrating, and we do hear you, but we’ve explained the server situation over on the main thread and across a few other threads. Our team is working on a permanent resolution.

If you have feedback, please refer to the Diablo II General Discussion. This is where the forums are mainly managed and monitored by the team members who can gather your feedback to the folks who can make a change. Doing so on the technical support forums, won’t help in these situations.
