I’ve been replaced 3 times as bronze 5, please help! This is extremely frustrating and unfair. Makes me not even want to play.

No. No one has contacted me back regarding this situation unfortunately… 
I heard though from a lot of different threads on twitter and YouTube videos that this is a bug going around, but yet Blizzard has not addressed it.
i just played in another role and then i could reach better rank…
