OK So I’m also with HOTNET, this started to happen a few days ago, same problem.
waiting for updates.
Thanks for this thread
Not for publicity.
I play through zenvpn__point_net
They give 250 MB per day for free and there are no problems with the game.
I turn off the VPN and the game immediately crashes with an error of 1061.

Is this really not fixed by now? the event is on and I still can’t play. I mean, I could use vpn but it gets annoying to get really high ping. just wanna play normal again…
OK it seems its FIXED now! I’v been playing for a few ours now with no problems!
Shalom.
It’s not fixed… I still can’t play
I was able to play for over 3 hours without disconnections now, but laggier than usual. Checked my internet speed and i am at 250 mbps as i should. And yeah, only lagging from blizzard games
same, yet still lagging. having to use VPN. please help us. it’s over a few weeks now
Thanks, everyone for your reports and communicating with HOTnet as well! Our team is in communications to resolve the issue. No more tests are needed as this issue is a downstream connection issue. In the mean time, it sounds like disconnections/connections are resolved, but there’s some latency spikes. I’ll continue to monitor and provide any details or requests that are needed. In the mean time, the workarounds mentioned before should temporarily help with the issue.
Any updates about this issue? still kind of lagging in game
No updates as of yet. Network engineers from both sides are still running some tests and checking for peering issues. We’ll update when more information is available
Please keep us posted. I’ve been avoiding competitive completely since I have 130-150ms latency.
it almost been a month. besides that, before the bug of kicking us out of the game I would have 80 ping. now its goes from 180-200+ for no reason, still have the same red connection button on the left, and im lagging i cant even play
Well I’m experiencing the same problem as everyone at the end of November battle.net disconnected but now the only problem is high latency in Overwatch - Europe Server.
I’m playing the game since Nov 21, 2016.
back then the ping was 70-80 and over time it was 80-90 later on in 2018 ping changed to latency…
You can expect this Latency number to be 10-20ms more than the ping value we previously displayed (higher if your system isn’t hitting 60FPS consistently).
my latency was about 100-110.
Since end of November my latency is 130-300 and in weekends 150-300+
the problem is specifically in Overwatch.
I have already called HOTnet(ISP) at first they told me to talk to HOT(Infrastructure) eventually I talked to HOTnet(ISP) again and all they did about this problem was to change my IP which didn’t help at all.
Same here, It became impossible to play, not only because of the high ping (200 ping here, before it was 80) but also so many delays and it just became so annoying. keep us updated please, now it’s the winter event and some of us still wanna play.
@Bikod means Bezeq International(ISP) same as HOTnet(ISP).
Since Bezeq(Infrastructure) same as HOT(Infrastructure).
Just another bump here! Thank you all for your patience! It’s a frustrating situation to run into, especially with the Winter Wonderland and Winter Veil events going on right now. As mentioned before, while its not supported, an alternative connection or a VPN (Virtual Private Network) may be some options to look into. Please keep in mind local and government laws on VPN usage for your location.
There’s nothing new on a general side of things, but both sides are working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible.
I’m keeping track of the issue and discussion. It’s a complex situation due to issues with certain peering and servers that both sides are trying to open communications for, so both disconnection and latency problems will be resolved. We are aware of where the problem is occurring that is causing the latency issues, so hopefully we’ll see an update for this soon.
I’ll keep you all posted when we have more information Please continue to report on any changes as it’s greatly appreciated and helpful for us!
It’s absurd that you are suffering for that long.
I switched ISP to 012 (that had no dc’s but lots of ping spikes) and now am on Bezeq International for over two weeks with no disconnections and stable ping.
I’m paying 24NIS (200MB) for BezeqInt. At HotNET I payed 19NIS. Best 5 NIS I’ve ever spent.
@shays10 it’s absurd that every other game works without any problems while specifically Overwatch gets such a high latency and not
so logically speaking the problem is Blizzard Servers.
you are wrong about changing ISP since in this discussion 22 days ago @Bikod switched to Bezeq International(ISP)
HOTnet(ISP) Price(200Mb/5Mb)
not
is 20NIS and 5NIS for the first 2 months to those who join through a their site, 210NIS a year.
Bezeq International(ISP) Price(200Mb/5Mb) is 24.9NIS and the first month is free, 273.9NIS a year(extra 63.9NIS).
but why do you think Bezeq International(ISP) that thinks so highly of themselves dropped their prices so much over the years?!
I was most of my life with Bezeq International(ISP) and back then in 2014 when HOT(Infrastructure) launched thier 200Mb/5Mb I called Bezeq International(ISP) and asked them for a good price since I was such a loyal costumer and they offered me after negotiation 50NIS instead of 70NIS while HOTnet offer was and still is for 20NIS without any negotiation whatsoever.
2019 HOT(Infrastructure) launched 500Mb/10Mb.
HOTnet(ISP) price for 500Mb/10Mb is 35NIS and 3 first months for 25NIS, 390NIS for a year.
Bezeq International(ISP) price for 500Mb/10Mb is 59.9NIS, 718.8NIS a year(extra 328.8NIS!).
Different company and a different game same ISP(HOTnet).
Electronic Arts - Apex Legends
Ping 57-67
BTW @shays10
is not a number, for all we know you just have high latency but stable which is still a problem, about the disconnections I never had any in game.
