HI. i just switch hotnet to bezeq and same problem…That mean some thing in ures server blizzard not fine… how many provider i need to change?

Thank you all for your reports! I’ve updated the title to clarify that we are mostly seeing reports for HOTNet ISP and get more traction on this thread! We’re getting this data gathered and hopefully have an update for you all soon :slight_smile:

@Bikod, you mentioned switching to Bezeq as well. We haven’t seen many reports of this provider, but we’ll track any trending reports. Would you be able to provide connection tests for both HOTNet and Bezeq to compare the connection routing for both connections?

Yeah it really is getting worst it seems, from disconnection of about 20 - 30 mins to 5 - 10 mins. Cant play like this

I tried to open all Battle Net ports & COD MW ports - Nothing
Opened DMZ (All router ports) - Nothing
Formated my PC - Fresh install everything: Nothing.

No new updates yet, but we are continuing to monitor this issue. Thank you for the connection tests! I’ve added the tests you’ve all provided to our tracking and hopefully help fast track this for our team to investigate.

From the tests provided thus far, it’s looking like there’s either a configuration issue or peering network issue with the connection to the European servers. We’ll continue to update as we have more concrete information! Thanks again, everyone!

same issue, also using hotnet ISP
game is not playable
i noticed that if i ping eu.battle.net (37.244.28.102) while playing, connection will be lost to that DNS exactly in the same time and once the ping goes back i will be able to login again. don’t know if that ip is the one used for running the game as well but it seems like a vast issue with the connectivity to all blizzard servers.

Im basically getting the same error but when I try to use the WinMTR program and I put the us.actual.battle.net domain as the host nothing happens would love to help with this problem because i was playing COD normally and then one day which was around a week and a half ago it just stops working and its frustrating to not be able to play a game I payed for for over a week now.

edit: Just wanted to say that im in the US and on Xfinity internet. and getting the error ending in 3f8 saying im disconnecting from blizzard servers when im try to launch Modern Warfare. i can’t even get past the first connecting screen
