Newly completed quests not showing up in APIs

Firstly, thank you for all your hard work during pre-patch day. It has overall been a very smooth experience for me and I appreciate it!

With the pre-patch, I logged in to complete a few quests, and I noticed that they do not seem to be appearing in my APIs. Previously completed quests are still there though.

For example:

profile/wow/character/drenden/shoogen/quests/completed?namespace=profile-us

I completed QuestID=28068 but I do not see it in the results returned. Thank you!

Have you logged out before checking?
I don’t know for sure but from my raiding days I remember a lot of API being updated on logout.
Also: are you sure you are getting new data, not cached?

It looks like Blizzard posted that there are API document publishing delays in general.
