We are aware of delays related to API document publishing during the WoW Shadowlands Pre-Patch release.
During this time your applications may observe the following:
Changes listed in API CHANGES - WOW SHADOWLANDS PRE-PATCH may not be available
9.0.X namespaces may not be made immediately available
New APIs (such as Modified Crafting) may not be made immediately available
New Character & Guild profile may not be published
Documents for existing Character and Guild profiles may not be updated
Leaderboard documents may not be updated
Mythic Keystone Dungeon Profile documents may not be published
etc.
Please follow this post for updates as we work to resolve these issues. We apologize for any inconvenience.

These issues should now be resolved.
Reminder: characters will need to be logged into and then out of before their respective data is updated on the API and websites.
These changes should now be live in all regions.
Or people will need to connect eventually?
That is correct.
Schema changes generally only apply to new documents published after the schema change is made. In this case, and with most character, guild, and other “profile” type documents, the character must first log in and then log out of the game before that characters documents are published using the new schemas.

Maguthul, thank you for your hard work. We have been testing and things seem to be working for US characters, but not EU characters. Can you confirm if this is a region-specific fix? I can provide examples if needed. Thank you!

Both say the last login was Oct 11, even after they relogged.

Says the last login was Oct 13, even after a relog.

Hello, seems it started earlier, for over 6 months this pet collection doesn’t update at all https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/eu/soulflayer/афенар/collections/pets . sent over 9000 requests about that bug(only with pets, every other stuff update fine)
