I purchased MWII on Sep 2nd. Transaction status shows “Completed”, and the Shop shows the game as “in Library”, however it doesn’t appear in the Battle.net app “Games”, so I cannot install it. Any ideas? I have change the password already, following a recommendation in one of Support articles.
Since this is a purchase issue, I highly recommend opening a ticket to find out what happened with the transaction.

Yes, this is what was explained by the support as well - Activision simply renamed MWII to COD (which I have in my library, of course) in the Battle.net app. This is utterly confusing and time-wasting, and I have no idea why they did this.
