I was gifted the vault edition on the 17th I played the beta beforehand and it’s still downloaded wanting to preload MW2 says preorder to preload then which I click on that it says I already own it I have it favorited can’t even download lol ig I have to wait

I was gifted the Vault Edtion as a birthday present I’m trying to preload but it says buy now after I press that it says I already own the is edition for the $99.99 edition can’t preload yet

mw2 wasn’t showing up for me until I updated battle.net to the beta version.

Im having the same issue. I was gifted the game however it tells me I need to buy it on teh games page. However, when I go to the store it says I already own the game.

I was gifted the Vault Edition as a present. I can’t preload the game, but in the store it says I already own the game. How can I solve this problem?

this worked for me ,
deinstall battle.net completly . Then hit “windows + r” type in “%programdata%” and hit enter. Delete every folder with blizzard or battle.net in the name.

Download and install the latest Version of battle.net client from the Homepage.
Login and enjoy MWII

Tried what you just said, but the “Buy now” button is the only thing there.

I also got gifted the game, and it’s not showing up.
