My intention was to set up a new subscription for my child and associate it with their email address. It appears I ended up creating a second subscription (WOW2) under my account. I want their account set up in a way that we can both play at the same time and I have parental control over their gameplay. I also purchased a basic edition of the game for them to install on their computer. What do I need to do or change to achieve my objective?
I have 2 accts 1 emails just download wow on second pc and choose at the “play” button which acct to play
Contact Blizzard and they can usually refund it if there has been little to no play time. Explain the situation.
What you need is to set up a second Battlenet Account in YOUR name, with an email address you select. It can be theirs if you want. Then you buy any games you wish to have the child access on that account, set up Parental Controls, set up any purchase limits, etc. The child can use that account but you retain all legal control of it. That lets you play together. When the child reaches 18 you can have it put in the legal name of the child and remove controls.
You will need to put in a ticket for a refund on that Subscription. Then set it up the way you need to.
