Hello, I’m having a bit of a issue with phasing in mount hyjal.
before anyone mentions the questing part, let me start by saying that I completed the quest back in 2010. I have the achievement “Coming down the mountain”. I switched my mage from horde to alliance, and not only that I did a server transfer as well. Ever since this happened, the area has been a real pain the butt for me. I have contacted blizz on this matter and all they could recommend to me was disable my addons and do the research myself??? Well, I disable the addons, but as far as the research… I’m getting absolutely nothing back. I have retraced my steps throughout hyjal seeing if theres any quests that may pop up, theres the blue dailes by Sanctuary Of Malone, but some of them I cant do due to phasing issues. IS there anyone to help me on this matter??? I cant get to Molten Front anymore either. Its really frustrating that no one from blizz can help me, this is your game guys, you created it so there has to be something you can do!

This particular form is for the Blizzard API used by third party sites to populate web page data and apps. So no, nobody on this forum can help.
Blizzard CS reps via tickets are not allowed to give hints on how to do quests or quest lines. That information is supposed to be sourced from other players in the spirit of cooperation - that, or you can go to Wowhead which has a TON of information, especially in the comments on the quests. That is where other players post issues, hints, and work arounds.
If you want to discuss this with other WoW players you would want to post on the WoW forums under the Community section somewhere.
There is also the Customer Support forum where there are Forum Support Agents and other posters. Sometimes they can check to see where you got lost in the quest line (especially if the char faction change + server impacted rep or quests).
Maybe start with WoW CS? They can sometimes help with things GMs are not allowed to or at least give hints. There are also a lot of regular players there who tend to be good at research. Customer Support - World of Warcraft Forums
