Really hoping someone can help me, I have a very basic knowledge of computers and have recently installed WOW on a new laptop. Once it was installed and I logged in I can only see one toon that was not on the realm that my main toon was on. I haven’t played since June/July time and can’t remember which realm I was on. I have tried to open a ticket but it’s asking me to upload files and I have no idea what is required. I made a new toon to allow me to post here, but I really would like my old ones back. Any ideas gratefully received, the simpler the better!

This forum is for technical support for the older classic games (Diablo 2/Warcraft 1 and 2). For WoW issues, you want to post on the dedicated WoW forums, specifically you can try the Customer Support forum. The regulars there are very knowledgeable and often a Bliz SFA will chime in if necessary (not always guaranteed though).
