This issue appears similar to one we encountered last week. Hopefully that will make identifying the root cause and correcting it much easier this time around.
Users should not need to uninstall or modify any files.
I’ll let you all know if I receive any specific instructions, but if it is the same as last week then it should just start working once the correction is applied to the servers.

[TEMP SOLUTION] till they fix the problem
i found a work around for those of you who are desperate to get into the game, when you launch the battlenet app, quickly launch warzone / vanguard before the battle net crashes; it should boot up the game and you can play. (battlenet will still crash but im sure you dont really care about that) like this post so other players can see this too - Happy Gaming, Master Panda Out.

I’m having the same issue as well. I have noticed that the error code each time is different. So far I’ve seen 5 or 6 different error codes all without an error message as to why.
I had the same error but now i can start normally battle.net
