Hey everyone, we’re aware that some users are crashing when opening the Blizzard Desktop App. This is under investigation.

it was working fine for me until like 30 minutes ago
now whenever i launch up battle net it just crashes

Having exact same issue. Bnet crashes 5 secs in after its opened, running on Lenovo Legion 5, Win 11.

One account works, and has no issue with Battle.net login, but the other instant closes lol.
What kinda nonsense is this?
I uninstalled launcher, and re-installed. Same issue :’)

Same issue here with error FE62BD9B-12AE-42F4-927E-0CFA912619C4. Worked fine last night. Husbands pc works fine as well. Tried all of the above and it crashes 5sec after launching

Same here, tried on 2 different pcs, crashes immediately after launch. It worked yesterday without any issue, started happening a few hours ago.

Did full reinstall, also deleted cache etc. Didnt try full reinstall of Windows 11 yet. But this is a fairly fresh copy. (Did a full clean reinstall of Windows 11 7 days ago.)

The issue isn’t resolved. I shutdown my PC last night, Battle.net wasn’t even open, and I tried to log in this morning and received this error code: 000A8534-B51B-4354-87EB-FE85FCD56CCB

I’m running an Intel i7 6700K with an Nvidia GTX 1070 8G.

I tried to open the launcher this morning to play Overwatch, and the launcher crashed with the aforementioned “Blizzard Error.” I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled with the version of the launcher I had downloaded on my PC from May 2021, uninstalled again, downloaded and reinstalled from the current launcher, tried clearing my cache – nothing’s working.

same issue here, i dont know who said its resolved but its clearly not; i can start games if im quick enough but the battlenet launcher WILL crash a minute or so later

Reinstalled the client now twice, crashes instantly. I mostly play HotS these days and can’t really start the game if the client crashes.

Yesterday evening worked like a charm, no problems at all.

I’m still having this issue. It is NOT resolved. I’ve restarted the app multiple times.
