Copied the Battle.net.13401 folder from a Win10 laptop to the Win7 PC folder and removed the 13434 folder.
DLL error came back on along with the Battle.net.13434 folder.
Started app again (w/o removing the 434 folder) and it got me to the Login Screen → Queue time… → Battle.net open → Can’t locate games → Folder with games… → Battle.net open but freezes and imediatelly started to update. Clicked on Play under HotS and I was in.
Dear Blizz…pls fix ur stuff asap as I’m pretty sure I’m going to run into this again as soon as I need to restart the app!
