As i understand only the CoD users have this problem. I tried to launch CoD like overwatch or WoW but before it shows the main menu a message pops up telling me “cannot connect to the blizzard servers”

I hope Blizzard finds a solution really soon…

I’m having the same problem. When I open the launcher it’s stuck at a screen saying “Blizzard agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake it up…” I just checked Blizzard’s Twitter account and they addressed the issue about 45 minutes ago. They should be working on a fix by now.

Windows update doesnt have issue with this - confirmed
Amd radeon drivers doesnt have issue with this - confirmed
Corona doesnt have issue with this - not confirmed “cough cough”
Cant play MW from executable from folder - confirmed “cough f*** cough”

Cmon @Blizzard stop ignoring the problem and address it right now

same here got up this morning to play cod with a friend and got the stupid error.

Can’t use the Hearthstone.exe. It’ll try to run Battle.net and then hangs.

I to have this and reinstall this, cant found installed game have Waiting…

Same thing here in Colorado, US. Blizzard seems to have a sleeping issue.

Tried logging on to battle net it says Blizzard agent went to sleep trying to wake it up with the code BLZBNTBNA0000005

Same here i cant log in or do anything.

I also cannot log in showing message ‘Blizzard Agent went to sleep…blabla’.

Same thing. The app has gone to sleep before but this is the first time I can’t wake it up. Restarted computer to no avail.

Close all instances of blizzard
Delete battle.net and blizzard from program data
run setup again

Same…Can see the shop but not the games i own smh
