Launher will not load

fresh pc build everything is updated installed b . net cant delete the app and i tried to restart my pc twice error says battle . net went to sleep error code blzbntbna00000005

Are you using MalwareBytes ?

If you are, try turning MalwareBytes off temporarily; then try re-launching the Launcher.
