i have the same problem, installed the basic game and Warzone but only bo6 (campagne and multi) are just grayed out and cannot choosen.

Hey Boys, same problem here i bought the normal version like 3 hours before sale and its grayed out, if i try to refound it, it says they couldnt do it because it was already in use, so im asking myself how could i use it if i havent even install it yet, i only have warzone installed and Black ops 6 is grayed out and the support doesnt help either, i just want to give it back at this point

Same thing happened to me aswell. Not even scan and repair helped.

I bought bo6 and it won’t let me download it. Does anyone know why and when it will be fixed?

SOLVED !
Guys i found the solution, logout your battlenet and right on top the login screen click on the engine change the region to Europe. that might resolve (worked for me)

I did this too, i got a refund and bought the vault edition.

Im having the same issue as well i cant download it. Grey tick installation is greyed out.

OMG, Pastorini it WORKED!!! i did it and now its installing, i got refounded and bought the vault edition and it still didnt worked but know it does since i chainged it like you said Thank you !!!

well it did download but still cant access it from inside was anyone able to play the game?

Edit: it worked for me when i turned the server for both battlenet and the one which is above the play screen for cod to europe

Howdy Everyone,

We are aware of the issue and have opened an investigation. I did see someone state logging out of the app and signing into a different region worked for them. I would recommend trying that for now.

If swapping regions provides you an install button please try swapping back to your normal region before installing to see if the install button pops up there. If people could update this thread with that information it would be great!

Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
