Unable to install newly bought games (no install button)

There’s a known issue that’s being investigated.

Just bought Black ops 6. but cant install

Howdy Everyone, We are aware of the issue and have opened an investigation. I did see someone state logging out of the app and signing into a different region worked for them. I would recommend trying that for now. If swapping regions provides you an install button please try swapping back to your normal region before installing to see if the install button pops up there. If people could update this thread with that information it would be great! Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
