I found all 16 loot items and I haven’t unlocked the reward. Can someone help me with this.

You are unable to find the World of Warcraft forums?
Google takes you straight there. Clicking on the Games link at the top of the website takes you to the resources for each and every game. Select WoW > Forums
This is for Call of Duty, not WOW
CoD is not even a Blizzard game, you must find help at Activision support or forum (if they have one).
