My account was hacked and stolen. I opened a support ticket, and it’s been 18 hours without a response. I have very sensitive information in my account, such as my credit card number, which could be used to make unauthorized purchases. Will my case be reviewed, or how much longer should I expect to wait?

It has been 3 days, and I still have no answer. I know I am not the only one with an issue, but I would at least like to know that something is being done. However, I have not received any response at all.
I bought a subscription, and some freeloader who never paid for the game or the subscription is using it. At the very least, you should care about the financial loss.
I really don’t want to be rude or demanding; I just want to know if I’m not waiting for a response in vain.
Tickets are supposed to be answered within 24 to 48 hours, but it’s been almost four days with no response.

Ticket times are fairly long. You can always ask on the WoW Customer Support forum. The CS forum serves as an INFORMATION DESK to help folks navigate the ticket system, explain policies, explain account services, etc. They are NOT GMs and can not help with appeals, but can let folks know status of tickets and such. The blues are usually in during late morning through early evening. Feel free to post and give your ticket number. That will help them find it and let you know that it is correctly in queue.
I could do what you’re saying. But as I clearly stated before, my account was STOLEN, meaning I CAN’T ACCESS MY WOW CHARACTERS, meaning I CAN’T USE THE WOW CUSTOMER SUPPORT FORUM because obviously I DON’T HAVE A LEVEL 10 CHARACTER.
Because, as I said… I can’t access my account because it was stolen.
Look, I don’t want to be rude and I really appreciate your response. But it’s been four days without the slightest response, and absolutely no one seems interested in helping me. I’m starting to think no one will.
At the very least, I want to recover my account to make sure the scumbag who stole it hasn’t done anything stupid with my card or sent inappropriate messages to my friends.
As for spending another cent on this…

did you get any answer? i’ve been waiting for a week now because i got hacked too, and my ticket got “Merged” and lost access to it. Made another ticket and no answer so far.
