Game is unplayable, constant crashes

I cant go 5 minutes without COD MW (2019) crashing. I’ve Uninstalled/Reinstalled Battle.net and MW (2019), lowered my settings significantly and looked into many potential fixes to this problem. My PC is way over any of the recommended specs, yet it cant play this game specifically.
