I think I found a solution.
I have satellite internet and have the same issue.
I tested with my mobile phone then everything works find, don’t worry this is one solution.
The other is when I’m launching the game and it starts to load I close the blizzard launcher, close it not minimize it, so the setting on press “X” should be exit battle.net not minimize.
