Same issue after the update few days ago. Now I can’t even start the game. It wants to update and then “oops something went wrong”.
Does COD have a channel where they address these things so you at least know they are aware of it?

Fixed the repair loop but still the game crashes from time to time in the load screen for a match.

Uggg the same thing for me since yesterday and now the scan and repair is stuck in a loop. I tried to do recommended things and nothing is working!!! It’s also impossible tyo get a human at customer support!! This is so annoying

mine crashes when I try to load into multiplayer games, sometimes I can play a min or 2 but it just keeps crashing, all my graphics are set to low or disabled but still crashes.

I have had the exact same issue but has been ongoing for months on an off. I have submitted numerous tickets with Activision. Uninstalled reinstalled the game on different hard-drives. I have ran tests on completely separate devices hardware - I have 9 pcs in my house. all different make model and configs and encounter the same issue. Blizzard sold the product on their site and pushes the patching to the PC users. Ultimately in a workflow process in the world of IT that makes Blizzard a key stakeholder, not just Activision. Blizzards has skin in the game for any updates that are pushed out via Desktop application. Whether this was caused by a recent patch or needs to have additional hotfix released would make Blizzard once again a key stakeholder. I run into this a lot at work where IT teams say it isn’t my ownership but in the mechanics of deployments/purchase agreements Blizzard does have a responsibility/obligation to investigate and provide remediations / hotfixes.

odd you mention that. this currently is only affected on the Cold War. I havent seen this lately on vanguard. Force of hand to purchase.
