After getting my silence overturned in Overwatch 2 they forgot to reset my Endorsment back to its original state which lead to me being stuck on endorsment level 0, after reopening the ticket they told me to go to the forums due to them not having the authority to fix the issue.

That said, I’m going to deliver you an answer real quick on this:
This is not a bug. You must earn the endorsement level back; it does not automatically restore even if the penalty was overturned.
