Full screen not supported is the issue.
Open properties.
At the end of “Target” type " -w"
This will allow app to open in window mode and should now work correctly once you have patch 1.14D

I’ve downloaded all the patches, my ver is 14d and I can’t connect to any realm. It starts to connect and then it just stops and says "You were disconnected from battle.net. please reconnect.|

A temporary restriction perhaps ??
I tried just now… I was able to create a game both on Europe and US East… ladder and non-ladder.
There’s some troubleshooting in the following articles that you should probably do if you haven’t yet:
If it doesn’t help, I think you should submit a ticket and ask Blizzard to look into it… If it’s a temporary restriction, you’ll probably want to know why… and when it’s going to end. Not sure how much a GM can tell you… these temporary restrictions are automatic as far as I understand it. Use this link and click on “Contact Us”
